2 bizzare questions

Hi all!

I was talking to my friend who is trying to plan sans computer in Alaska and she had two questions I couldn't answer so naturally I'll ask you all.

1: What is the tax charged on food and wine samples at the food ans wine festival in Epcot? Is it regular FL state tax, alcohol tax, service tax?

2: If MK closes at 6pm and the hallloween party starts at 7pm I know party ticket holders can stay on mainstreet but can you buy the party pin in that time? I know we want to find them one of the first things as it can be a runaround to get them (first hand experience with that one) but can we get it that early?

1. The prices posted for the Food and Wine Festival include the tax already. Most items are even dollar amounts, and the ones that aren't are in increments of 25 cents.

2. The pins go on sale when the party starts at 7, but you can line up before that time for them. If it's a popular pin, there can be a long line.
