We are starting to plan a May trip and are looking at either a 2 bedroom suite at GCH or DLH. We stayed in the suite at GCH last year, added club level, and loved it. This year, the CM suggested we think of DLH as the price would be significantly less. She said she showed two configurations: 1 king, 2 queens, sleeper sofa or all of that plus day bed. Does anyone know which room the day bed is in? Also, any advice on these rooms compared to,GCH? I understand the location difference, and it looks like there are no balconies at DLH (correct?), but any comparison on the club level experience at DLH compared to GCH? Thanks, any advice is appreciated!

Here are pics from the 2 bedroom we usually get.

There are balconies in the upper floor and end of the hall suites.

That is super helpful! Thank you so much! Do you know if I can request a balcony (not guaranteed, I'm sure) and would you recommend that or are those suites really far away from the elevators etc? Our two bedroom was awesome at GCH last year but it was at the. Dry end of the hall, about as far from CL lounge and elevators as possible. But still great!

We got one once and really enjoyed it. I loved leaving the sliders open and listening to the waterfall below. Great view too. Sat on the balcony and watched fireworks! BUT, it is in a different building than the concierge lounge. Probably similar in distance to what you experienced at the Grand.

Ok so I will have to ask if there are balcony suites in the building (Adventure??) with the Lounge. Thank you!

There are no balcony suites in the Adventure Tower. Only in the Frontier Tower.

I would find out what room Malcon10t was in and request it. The 2 bedroom we had at the DLH had a king in a TINY room (literally just enough room to walk around the bed and a dresser), 2 queens in the second bedroom and a pull down bed in the family room, underneath the TV. It worked, but was not ideal.

When was this stay? The CM I spoke to said that both of the two options had a pull out coach in the family room?

I've been using the 2/3 bedroom suites for a few years. (We have a large family and would need 3-4 rooms a trip.) I've never had one like the one described above. I've had rooms in all 3 towers.

The pullout couch in the living rooms are quite comfortable. My adult daughters like them.

This was Nov. 2013. It may have had a fold out couch also - I honestly don't remember, but what I'm talking about is more a Murphy style bed that looks like a dresser under the tv when folded up.

This was a standard view in the Fantasy tower. We had a view of the parking lot, which upset me at first, but turns out has an excellent view of the fireworks when laying in bed. It also didn't have the counter/kitchenette area; just a desk. Neither of the bedrooms were large enough to fit a rollaway in. The biggest problem is it was not what we booked while on the phone. Disney did try to make up for it though.

We've stayed in a 3 bedroom in 2012 which looks exactly like you showed, so this one shocked us. I have some pictures - I'll try to find them tomorrow.

I think I know, because I think someone is sneaking in my room when I'm not there :). That looks identical to the room we request on the 11th floor of the Adventure Tower, directly across from the lounge. It is perfect - minus the balcony :(.
