Can anyone tell me what they think my chances are of booking a 2 bedroom villa at OKW for the 1st week of December, and at the 7 month window?

It might be tough. Make sure you book at your home resort now and see if you can switch when you get to 7 months out. That's a hard time to get a week at 7 months out.
