Thinking of booking a 2 bedroom at the Beach Club. I have never stayed there before and would appreciate to hear any comments and/or about other families experiences. Thanks!

Our family of 5 stayed in a 2BR at BCV this past June. We loved it! The room was great! It might not have been the most exciting view ever, but the location was close to the quiet pool and near where we parked our car. It was a short walk to the marketplace and by going behind the villas and around the back of the BC, we were at the IG of Epcot in no time. The kids (14,11 & 7) loved SAB. We wish we had spent more time there and taken a break from so much time at the parks. Although we love our VWL home - now I understand why so many people are so crazy about BCV. I hope to stay there again on our next trip.

We stayed in a 2BR in 2004-if you have a car it is convenient for coming and going. We had a view of the quiet pool and the canal-the room was in good condition and we loved the space. We all enjoyed SAB (it was August and hot!) I would spend a day just relaxing-it was so nice to lay there and look across the lake-wonderful view!

We stayed in a 2BR this past May and everyone loved it. We were on the 4th or 5th floor (2nd highest) and had a nice view of the quiet pool and canal. We could also see some of Wishes off of our balcony. As others have said, it's an excellent location and very convenient if you have your own car.

We had seven (us, three kids and two grand parents) and it was a little cramped but not too bad. The kids (DS 18 mo, DD 4, DD 6) loved being so close to Epcot and SAB. In fact it was hard to find downtime for them to relax because they either wanted to be at park, SAB or the Boardwalk.

Thanks for the responses - I appreciate it. I did want to mention one other thing - we will not have a car (a couple of you mentioned the convenience of the BCV with a car). My primary reason for booking BCV is because we wont have a car and we plan to go to Magic & Animal Kingdom. I was thinking that Disney's transportation would be convenient from BCV to those parks (and it would be closer than my original choice of SSR). The second reason for the choice is that we have never stayed at BCV before. Can any one report on Disney's transportation from BCV to Magic & Animal Kingdom? Thanks.

Bus transportation was slow to MK and AK last week from BCV. We just got back on Friday, we had a great 2 BR on the 5th floor (lock-off) with a direct view of Space Ship Earth and looking to the right we could watch the EPCOT fireworks. We had 3 balconies, the 2 kids loved SAB and the quick access to MGM and EPCOT.

We just spent a week at BCV (also in a 2 BR) and the bus service to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom was terrific. We go 3x per year and know the bus service has had its ups and downs, but this trip it was very timely and only shared with Yacht Club so the travel time was quick.

The bus service to those 2 parks, an easy walk to Epcot and lovely boat ride to MGM make BCV and Boardwalk so convenient - and the availability of SAB tips the scale for us towards BCV for our summer trips!

Hope you enjoy yours,
