2 Bed SSR (Paddock) with a view?

Some days I just like to sit on the balcony while the rest of the family are at the parks so a view is very important to me.

I am planning on asking for a high floor at the Paddock but does anyone have recommendations for a room with a open view, preferably of the lake?
