2 bdrm in december

I'm thinking about getting a 2 bdrm in December (2012) how hard is that gonna be in the 1st 2 wks of December at the 7 month mark?

Depends on the resort. I was able to get 2 2 bedroom villas at SSR last year at less than 6 months out.

December is a very busy time for DVC. I would reccomend having a reservation at your home resort at 11 months then trying to switch at 7 months.

The first week tends to be a bit more popular then the second.

You should be able to grab a 2bedroom at SSR or OKW for the second week of December at the 7 month mark. But since nothing is guarenteed I would do what others have suggested and if you own at WDW book 11 months out at your home resort and look to switch.
