I'm not going to join in the fracas I inadvertently started here trying to behave myself. Saw my shadow this morning, 6 more week of taglessness (at least).

Can you believe I still can't find it? I can't find the rehab and closures page on Mouse Planet. I looked on all ears too and it says nothing.

No, actually, he'll be giving the "I'm not democrat" speech. Otherwise known as the:

"I'm not Ted Kennedy who killed my secretary and tried to blame it on someone else to save my political career" speech

"I'm not Bill Clinton who had sex with an intern and lied to congress and the American people" speech

"I'm not Barbara Boxer who when showed a picture of the Mars rover pictures asked where the flag was" speech (by the way, the flag she was referring to is on the moon, not mars...

"I'm not John Kerry who supposedly spent Christmas in Cambodia and obtained a few phantom Purple Hearts" speech

I hope no one gets all crazy with this thread - I am just playing around and can never walk away from a fun political debate.

So he will be giving the

"I started a pre-planned war on phantom information" speech

or the

"I became Pres and now all my buddies are billionaires from no-bid contracts" speech

or perhaps the

"I love to create massive Government programs but not fund them" speech (NCLB)

or my personal favorite the

"Warrants for wiretapping....we don't need no stinkin' warrants!" speech

tax returns this year or those who paid less taxes then they would have under different circumstances and then can "afford" to go to Disneyworld that this would not have been possible without his tax cuts?

Or maybe he will go into trying to remind everyone that very rarely does Disneyworld every shutdown its parks and it usually takes an act of God to do so - but in the one non-god act case it was terrorists (had a friend who was "stuck" down there in her hotel right after 9/11)?

I have a co-worker who has a reservation for Chef Mickey's for that evening- does anyone know how I could find out some times when it's likely to be a mess, so they will know when to head over there? They're thinking about changing to the Swan character dinner instead, because they're staying at the Boardwalk.

Most fundraiser's I've been invited to take place during the evening hours. Anyone have confirmed ressies @ California Grill? IMO, that'd be a great venue for such an toney event. Distract the fat cats w/fireworks, get 'em all warm & fuzzy & make a bee-line for their check books...priceless.

Everytime a dignitary comes to Pittsburgh Go Steelers! traffic patterns become a real mess. Think I'd avoid the MK area, you'd probably be tripping over security.

Of course, you could always call the Contemporary desk directly. You'd probably get the infamous: "...I dunno" but, it's worth a try. Good luck.

You think they will believe GWB when they try to park the presidential limo at the Contemp? "We'll have to check your name against a list - do you have an ADR?" In any case, he'll probably only get a 3-hour pass, so at least he can't tie up things all day.

On the other hand, his inherent authority as commander in chief may allow him to park without a pass. Heck, he might even claim the right to reuse an old resort mug.

Why would you list all of this right-wing garbage unless you wanted to start a crazy debate? People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. Let's think how much better this country was under Clinton and then compare it to the disaster GW has created. I'm counting down the days until this nightmare is over. FantasyLand is an accurate place for GW to live in.
