I've sent an email to DCL already, but maybe someone here can help me faster.... We are travelling with just birth certificates and photo ID's. I've spoken with both DCL and my TA to confirm that this is fine, so I'm covered there, but my question is...do I need additional documentation since I'm married? Obviously names won't match, so do I need my marriage license too?! I hope not cuz I have NO CLUE where it is!

No, you're all set. I've traveled with the same credentials as you have & no marriage license is required.

I have never cruised before....that being said I remember someone on the boards said they had a minor issues because they needed something to "link" her maiden name with her driver's license, ect and they used her son's birth certificate (because your maiden name is listed on them). Just in case I am bringing our marriage license with us.

I think I have decided to give up on REMY for this cruise, we couldn't book in our window because our ressies were all screwed up, I was begining to wonder if they were gonna let us on the ship. Anyways I think I am going to focus my spending towords the Inagural Dream merchandise and do REMY some other time, 2011 is the only year to buy the Inagural stuff and REMY will be there later

I looked at the Remy menu. Just like some of the guys don't want to wear jackets, that menu looks too gourmet for my tastes. I think it would be a waste of $75 on me.

I too would like to get some of the Dream inaugural merchandise.

Thanks for posting! We are getting more snow here soon so I guess I am going to make my FE while trapped inside. I also need to get moving on my door magnets, wanted to do them yesterday but we are getting new office carpet today and everything is stored in my dining room right now- what a mess!

We couldn't get ressies for Remy or Palo since we are first time on DCL, I am still going to try for Palo when we get on board. I know DH wants Remy but I really don't want to spend the $$ and also I heard to plan on 3+ hours and I think that is just too much time away from Addie and also exploring a new ship. Personally, I would rather have merchandise than Remy also!

Wondered if we could still join FE group? Haven't been online in awhile and need to finish planning, packing, surprises for Valetines day, Pirate night, etc.....my head is spinning

We are in for a meet too. Looks like there will be plenty of new friends for my children to meet. I know the ship is going to be different from the Magic and Wonder but one time we meet right before the sail away party up above the pool area. Alien Green always works and someone make these really nice name tags for everyone. We wore them the who cruise as they looked just like the CM.

I am so excited that ALL my kids will have time to play in the clubs. Unsure what will be COOL for the 17 year old but as long as they have basketball or some type of game to play he is up for it. I am excited to see the new spaces for them

We will be flyig in on the Saturday. With the Road problems we may just stay closer to the port the night before. I always like to get there early so we can see all the PRE-Cruise fun! and get our moneys worth!

We then will be going up to Daytona as the races are later this year. My DH is NOW excited to go on vacation after learning that! We will stay on property at SS dor a few nights and then who knows. We plan to visit WDW for two or three busy days. So much to see and do and so little time

Well, I am off to pick up kids from school. I am so excited. I probably will be guled to the post now!

I hope your TA did mention that if something happens and you are unable to return to the US via the ship, you may have problems getting back into the US without a passport or passport card. My wife is a TA and has had it happen to a client. They were warned but chose to take a chance and had medical problems that forced them off a ship. Major effort to get back into US via air. I know the odds are with you but thought I would mention it.
