I've seen on some threads (just now, too) that people have commented on Splash mountain being closed 12/7? and I guess they do not see any fp availability for 12/8 either? anyone know about this or have prepared for it? I am not planning MK that day other than the MVMCP, but I was wondering, are there any other closures/renovations that you know about during our week?

Hmm. Don't know. I have a splash fast pass on 12/5. Hope they don't cancel it!

I just swapped a FP+. Kiddo decided that he wanted to do 7DMT a second time. I was able to grab something on our last day for 4:25 window so it will probably be our last ride at the MK before we take off for HDDR. it is a later time than the jungle cruise I swapped out but I'm thinking Jungle Cruise/pirates/magic carpets might be easier to do during the party and EMH since they are not really headliners. I hope. Or with SDFP.

I saw that somewhere in advance of my fast passes, that it was closed on the 7th. I have a fast pass for it on 12/9, my last day. I see plenty of FP+ availability for 12/8 starting at 9am.. maybe they just added it? I only booked 2 FP+ that day because I am going to MVMCP but have 'Ohana first at 3:30 so my first FP+ window is at 4:30.

That's great that there was still 7dmt after 60 days out. We're riding it twice too with fast passes (once day and one night) and hopefully a third time after our 8am ppo BOG before the rope drop crowd gets there.

there is decent availability from 4:25 to 6:30 on Friday 12/9 (as in there were multiple times). I hope I didn't just mess up my whole flow of the day, lol. We'll see what I can get same day and what is left to do. I have peter pan twice, 7DMT twice, all 3 mountains and buzz. 8 FP+, 2 before party and 3 each on 2 other days. I'm hoping to add two more to my pre-party stuff. Maybe I will add in Jingle Cruise for that night. I am doing 7DMT one day and one night too! I have evening EMH and then the xmas party... I should be able to do a lot of the attractions that are not the mountains, 7DMT or peter pan those nights.

hmm...strange...so there's really no hint of it actually even being offered while we are there it seems...and if it is, then it's just going to be random first available seating/no fp/no dining packages...hmm...guess we'll just be hanging around AK after dinner for a bit Hopefully these random showings start happening before Dec. If they do, I assume we'll have a shot at a random showing

Has anyone here combined gift cards at disneygiftcard.com? I'm wondering how quickly the fund-transfer is completed? Like, if I went there right now and combined gift cards, would I pretty much instantly be able to then go upload them to my DVA or even use them at Disney.com? Just curious.

@Lisa F Thank you for posting about the shoes! I was all settled in the house for the day when I saw your post about shoes. Took my girls to our outlet which only about 30 mins away. 3 hours later returned home and we all have Disney sneakers for Disney World! Run Disney ones for me and sparkly light up Ariel and Aurora stride rites for the girls.
I would have loved the Cinderella or Tinker Bell ones but they were all out. Still love my Minnie ones though.
