No there is a 5 day cancellation policy.

Not so the MVMCP.

Oh okay I was getting confused.
Thinking of going to the MVMCP NOT Dessert party. But only if Pirate cruise cancels. So no refund on MVMCP. Which is why I'm hesitant to book.

Under those circumstances I totally understand why they've reduced the attendance. If I can't get the dessert party, I would be very interested in FP for this at least once. That too, may be virtually impossible. It has been for FOF in the past. Hopefully at 60 days, there's a shot.

Are you talking FP for the SW fireworks? If so, there isn't one. In fact, I don't believe there are any fastpasses for the parades or fireworks at MK anymore, either. Someone correct me if I'm wrong about that.

Yes I know there aren't any FPs for events at MK. I do get one for Illuminations so I'm wondering if there will be any available for the SW fireworks? Just thinking out loud as I don't know myself.

They haven't offered fastpasses for the SW fireworks so far, and now that they've reduced the size of the dessert party to allow more room for the general public, I can't see them taking space away again for a different group (FP holders). Would be nice though!

Yeah, it would be nice, wouldn't it? I'm still shooting for the SW dessert party first though because I'm not confident about a FP being available. I have now set aside 3-4 nights in our December trip that would be possibilities to book this if I make some changes. I already have 2 nights set aside so I'm hoping I can secure one of them first. Like, for example, my husband's b'day. I am finding availability from now until Sep 5 so I'm pretty confident I can grab something.

Happy Monday! Here's my latest frets for the week (in between working and trying to figure out the sh!tstorm that has hit my business right now)

- Do I do the MVMCP? DD has stated she now really wants to meet Flynn Rider (ok she's 6 and will likely change her mind next week. But I'm thinking...how bad are the lines for characters at the party? We will skip Jack Skellington and the Dwarves since she doesn't care about them so we're looking at Princesses/Princes only. I'm just thinking this could save me some park/ride hours during the day). And how bad are the ride lines?
- When on earth is the SW Fireworks party going to be released??
- Why can't I get a straight answer on the Pirates Cruise (i.e. is it now Pirate camp?) I just don't want to pay the redonk long distance charges to Disney (get a 1-800 number already, Disney!) If it's camp we're cancelling it and that shifts the schedule again.
- I need to move my Ohana and 1900 Park Fare reservation but those are really hard ones to get....I need to make our last day a bit of a sleep in day I think.

DD is an early riser for sure (today she was up at 6:45am after going to bed at 9:30pm!) but fell asleep in the car on the way to camp

As for Disney...
-MVMCP: I think most things are manageable except the special characters (7 dwarves), parade and fireworks. From what I have read and experienced, ride lines are pretty good because people want to do the special party stuff.
-I'm with you on the SW fireworks! My plans are all a mess right now because I can't figure out what time the fireworks will start or will it be everyday! I'm also a little anxious about AK.
-Good luck on the Pirate Cruise... I have not looked into this because DS is too young for it but I would be frustrated with this being in limbo on top of SW
-Ohana and 1900 Park Fare... Keep on looking! I'm sure things will open up!
I've also decided to add DxDP on the end of our trip instead of the beginning so I'm also juggling ADRs. It's so hard to find stuff at this time!!!

About your DD, my DS is the same way. He sleeps around 9 or 9:30 sometimes, up before 6am but naps in between. The difference is I'm hoping he would sleep in the stroller.

What is this about a Pirate Camp instead of the Pirate Cruise? I had not heard anything about it yet.

You guys on here are good at touring plans, it found a reservation I wanted, but I was unable to snag it, it was for CRT. Do you think it will find another one?

I've had the same experience. I love the feature, but it's also very frustrating. You have to be so fast! But, there were two instances in just the past week and a half or so where I missed something, and another "good alternative" came up. These were fore 1900 park fare and BOG. I know CRT is a big one, but I think these others were still hard to get. I still haven't had a few come back up yet. But, there is still a lot of time I keep telling myself. I know I am waiting for EMM days to be announced (hopefully for December) which will affect the days I go to MK. I'll be canceling ADRS if dates change. I also decided I need earlier dinners, so I'm trying to find a lot of earlier times, and I will then be canceling all of my later (540 or so) times. I think people are always making changes. Best of luck!

I've had the same problem. Less than 3 minutes and the BOG 4:30 time slot I was looking for was gone... I'm confident it'll find something else though.

Not sure if everyone here knows but looks like they've extended AK hours until 6 for December and there are ADRs until 6 for Tusker House Tiffins and Yak and Yeti.

You guys on here are good at touring plans, it found a reservation I wanted, but I was unable to snag it, it was for CRT. Do you think it will find another one?

For my trip back in May, I was going back and forth over whether or not I wanted CRT and I booked my resort at 120 days out. Nothing was open, but with persistence, I got a PPO CRT for 8:10am probably around 85/90 days out. It was just persistence. Seems like people drop ADRs all the time.

Same here! It looks very bleak on that end... I am looking forward to seeing the tree of life awaken though. That looks really cool... I hope it's still there in Dec...

Same! The few people I know that have seen it in person say the pictures and videos do not give it justice, and that you have to see it in person! I a excited!! Hopefully these later ADR times indicate they will try to keep something open there at night.
