Today we slept in and ordered room service for breakfast. We have planned on taking it easy today. Mom asked if we could head back to DownTown Disney so she could see the shops. We decided that we would do that first. We all headed down there and it was great. Not too many people there like I thought there would be since it is now Sunday. We went into quite a few shops and then I spotted the World of Disney store. I made everyone promise that if I wasn't out of there within a half a hour--that they should come in a get me. :) I could have spent a fortune in there but luckily I didn't. I did find some great golf shirts for my husband that we decided to take back home to him since he didn't come along on this trip. Chey took the money that she was allowed to spend and bought him a Mickey Mouse golfclub head cover. It was the cutest thing ever. We then took Chey over to Studio M and had her picture done with thr "real" Mickey Mouse. She loved that and the pictures turned out great. We then headed back to the resort so Chey could go back to the pool--she loved the slide at the main pool. We all took it easy until it was time to get ready for dinner at the Brown Derby.
We then headed off to MGM and ate dinner. The food was fabulous. After we ate, we walked over to see the Osborne Lights. It was about 7:20 p.m. and the park itself was pretty deserted so it was really nice to have the lights to ourselves. Chey loved the lights and the snow falling. We put the 3-D glasses on her and she went into sensory overload lol. We had never seen anything like this before and was so glad that we got to see them. After the lights we walked thru the park a little just to look around and it was heaven. It was like being in a different world. We then headed back to the resort. My sisters wanted to go to Pleasure Island so we sent them on their way and I took Chey back and gave her a bath and had her in bed by 9:30p.m. which I believe is the earliest that she has been in bed the whole time we were there. I think my sisters came in around 2 a.m. from Pleasure Island. They said that is was really neat down there and they were glad that they didn't miss it. I had no desire to go since I don't drink and the club scene isn't my scene to begin with. But I am glad that they had fun.

I have really enjoyed your reports. Your daughter sounds so cute. It is so wonderful that you are treasuring your time with her, a trip to WDW at her age must have been magical for her. Thanks for posting!!

The Osborne lights are amazing, aren't they? I just about went into sensory overload myself when we viewed them.

I enjoyed reading this, thanks for posting.
