1st Timers ...We're goin to Disney World!

June 3-8 Traveling from Texas and staying at FW in a Tent... still kinda sounds nuts, but Sarah n Dad are always up for an adventure.

So i've just made our reservations finally, after weeks of research and somewhere along the way stumbling on a link that brought me here to this Forum... and i gotta say, what a wonderful help this has been in answering so many of my questions and concerns. Though this is my first post, i have searched into many threads read your comments and found the answers i needed to make this decision.

Camping is more of an adventure!! I'm sure you all will have a great time! Theres so much to do and yet you can relax and just hang around the campground! Have Fun!!

Hope you have a great trip. Disney and FW give you the opportunity through their great facilities and Cm's to do just that. I only wish I had discovered the campground many years ago. I was too much a fuddyduddy to want to go there and camp. Now I can't get the time off for repeat trips.

Welcome to the club.

I am currently in El Paso watching 2 of my DGSs. Will be heading for the Fort in a couple of weeks but that will be from our house in Fl.

Early June is a great time. We are usually at FW for our anniversary but this year we are doing a stay at FW, then a Wonder cruise and then back to FW. Will be bringing my 2 DGSs back to Fl. for the whole trip.

If you haven't had all your questions answered through searching, just ask.

I don't know about that. Seems to be getting better all the time but maybe that's because we have fewer years left going than we have already gone.

thanks ya'll, im sure i have made the right choice here, having read so many of your comments and accounts, and that there are so many of you who return year after year... (sorry Jim ).

and oh no! all my questions are not answered ... i will be submiting a few more posts before we hit the road . so keep an eye out for me, i hope ya can help.

we have been very fortunate to have had wonderful first time memories on every adventure so far... and hopefully with the help of advice and encouragement from you folks who have been there done that, This Experience will too, hold a special memory.
