Well, I'm no longer a DLP novice!! I've just got back from a 3 night trip and it was AMAZING!!! I am a total Disney convert - I want to go back right now!

What a place, but you guys know that already don't you?;) Only problem was 47,000 people in Disneyland Park on Saturday - you could not move!!!!!

Hoping to talk DH into the possibility of going again next year. Better get saving those pennies (if I win the lottery I'm staying in the Disneyland Hotel). princess:

Glad you had a great time. Its addictive though isnt it you just keep wanting to go back.
Are you going to do a trippie for us to tell us more

I know, i was there. It was a joke wasn't it. I have never queued so much in my life!!

So was that exceptional then or just a "normal" Saturday?

It was terrible, we ended up coming out of the Park *** we just couldn't get on anything - we were queueing 15 mins just to get a fastpass ticket and 20 mins to buy a coffee - mad!!!!!!

Glad you had a great time. We were there for the first time last week too but left for home on Thursday - you could tell it was getting busier then too. Tues & Weds were fairly quiet - hardly any queues!

It's a very magical place isn't it.

Glad to hear you had a fabulous time, hopefully you are going to do a trip report for us to read?

This past Saturday (ie yesterday) would, I imagine, have been even more busy than normal, as it was the first day of Halloween season.

Really pleased to hear you enjoyed your first trip CityBlue, and are now just as addicted as the rest of us :rotfl:

Glad you had a great time, our first visit was september of this year...mainly went for the kids but as soon as we got back I started looking online to book again....very addictive place.

want to experience all of the different seasons there if we can.

Yeah :cool1: :cool1: It is very addictive - sounds like you had a ball :thumbsup2

I've no idea, i think it was a combination of the first day of Halloween, no rain, and that it was a weekend.

We left the disneyland park and walked to the studios thinking that would be better.:headache: How wrong we were. 110 mins for Rock and roll which had been 5 mins since Wednesday, 120 for Tof T and the same for Crush. The best queuing time was Flying carpets which had 65mins. My daughter only wanted to queue for Tower of Terror :sad2: Erm, NO!!!!

So glad you had a fun trip. Be warned though, it gets adictive!!

How exciting, glad you had such a great time :) 47,000 people sounds manic :scared1:

Glad you had a great time:goodvibes

Welcome back, glad to hear you had a fantastic time, when are you going back? :lmao:

Can I just ask how you knew there were 47,000 people in the park? Is it written up somewhere, and if so, where?

Here are a couple of pics of the information boards that i took. It was around 5.45pm, the parade had finished and we thought as so many people seemed to be heading out the gates the wait times for the rides may have improved. Clearly not by that much. I can't believe Indiana Jones still had fastpasses available !!

We were there too and wondered if it was at full capacity. When we were queuing for the Studios it almost seemed as if they were only letting people in as others left. Where did you get that figure from?

All DH kept saying was, what must it be like in July and August? The only time we've experienced the Magic Kingdom at WDW as busy was between Christmas and New Year. :scared1:

Luckily we enjoyed a few hours in the park on Friday afternoon - although less than we should have had, thanks to an incident with illegal immigrants which delayed our Eurostar train by 2 hours. Sunday seemed almost as busy as Saturday despite the poor weather.
