We ordered our plane tickets for AirTran out of Detroit, Disney Pop Century and Disney World tickets from Undercover tourist. We've received the Disney tickets but nothing for the airplane or resort. I've never traveled before so I'm not sure what we would get or when. We ordered using a credit card a few weeks ago. When should they arrive?

Congratulations on your upcoming trip.

I don't know when you are traveling but I paid off our Disney vacation this year 47 days before we left and received our resort reservation package about two weeks before we left.

I'm sorry I cannot answer about the airfare as we always drove down.

We stayed at the POP in 2009 and had a great time. We enjoyed the resort and after visiting the All Stars resorts, I personally believe the POP has a better layout.

Don't understand how you ordered Aritran tickets? Did you buy them online from the Airtran web site? You won't get anything in the mail. They issue E tickets, you just print it out on your computer.

Who did you book Pop Century with? As far as I know, Undertourist just sells park tickets, they don't do resort booking to my knowledge.

Like PPs said, you will not get anything from the airline .... Except probably an email with Locator numbers.

You sshould have a Conf number for POP Century. Unless you are taking the Magical Express, you might not get anything in the mail. All you need is the Conf #.

If you are worried, call Disney Reservations.
