1st time cruisers credit

Hi , can anyone tell me if there is a current onboard credit for first time dcl cruisers ? I have asked disney but they deny all knowledge of any onboard credits apart from the one where you rebook a cruise onboard but i'm sure i've read that you qualify for onboard credits if you are a first time cruiser and you quote a code - if anyone knows the code would they be good enough to share it with me. every little helps

we got a $100.00 onboard credit for booking through our TA for a promotion called Disney Month in May of 03. They apparently are not offering Disney Month again right now. sorry, that's all I know about.

Thanks, I checked with DVC and apparently because we booked with points we don't qualify for the first timer credit, like i didn't pay enough for the points and yearly dues !! bit peeved but there you go i'll live without it just doesn't seem quite fair to penalise us for using points not cash. ah well that's life

there is that $50 onboard credit thing through bank one visa card...where you have to charge your entire cruise package, (deposit & rest), onto your card.

Keep checking mousesavers.com. They have a listing of all the current discounts, along with codes. We were able to get the $50 credit for friends who were traveling with us last August. Don't know if they are still offering it -- check the website for the latest update.

We rented out our points to pay cash for the cruise it worked out way cheaper that way especially for 11 people and 4 rooms.
