1st Time At Beach Club - leaving in 12 days

This is our 1st time staying at the Beach Club. We own at BoardWalk and have also stayed at Saratoga. Anything special we should know about Beach Club. It will be me, my husband and 4 year old son. We need some sunshine...

The pool! As you probably know, Stormalong Bay is practically a water park. Note that you won't need wristbands (if they bug you) unless you are doing the slide. If you are, there are multiple cast members around who will give you a band when you show them your key.

Beaches and Cream is great. Great burgers and if you really like ice cream, the Kitchen Sink. There can be quite a wait sometimes. They also have a take out counter.

Going in, we found it better not to go through the lobby, but just to walk on the path across the lawn to the left of the main entrance (of course check in before you do this - you need to check in in the lobby).

Cape May has a good seafood buffet. I hear Yachtsman's has great steak, but yet to try that.

We'll be there ourselves in 160 days!

The best place for little kids at SAB is on the Yacht Club side. There is a shallow, sand bottom area that's great for building castles, etc. Also, there is a smaller slide at the base of the pirate ship. You have to go onto the beach to get there. Nice also.

I also recommend the gelato at the Marketplace. And walk over to the boardwalk at night and watch the street entertainment. And the fireworks.
