1st Site Visit -- What should we expect?

I am planning a March 18, 2006 custom wedding (about 40 people) at Disney. We tentatively have Seabreeze Pointe reserved for the ceremony and California Grill reserved for the dinner/reception. My mom and I are going down to Disney in 3 weeks for our first site visit. I am going to check out the sites to make sure that they are what we want. We also have an appointment at Franck's to meet with a sales rep.

My question is what should be expecting? What should I be looking for? Any and all tips/suggestions are welcome!

We just did our site visit at the beginning of March. It was very relaxed. We met our sales rep at Franck's and then she drove us to the locations we had suggested that we might want to look at. Then when we had made our decision, we went back and she drew up a sample estimate for us. It took just under two hours and we looked at about 7 places...
