1st or Higher Floor at POR?

Personally, higher flooor, especially in Alligator Bayou because I like my sleep in the a.m. and don't like people walking past my door continually...

I used to think I really cared about having a high floor at hotels, but on my last two trips I have had a ground floor room and it was just fine. It took less time to get out the door in the morning because we didn't have to bother with elevators or stairs. So my revised position on the subject is that it really doesn't matter to me what floor the room in on as long as it doesn't have noise issues.

We always request the top floor. We do not like listening to people (kids) running and jumping around in rooms above us. Had this happen once to us at a hotel (not Disney). My husband has always requested top floor since. But that is just what we like, everyone is different in their thoughts and taste. Good Luck :wave2:

I always request the top floor at PoR. Although on the first or second floor I have never heard people above me I have heard a lot of 6-7 AM chatter as people walk past.
