1st DVC Trip Since Buying...

we are staying at AKL Kidani Villiage Studio and then moving to SSR Studio...are there washers and dryers in the studios?

We were hoping to be able to do a load of laundry since we are going to be gone from home for almost 2 weeks...

There are no washers and dryers in the studios, only in the 1 and 2 bedrooms. There are washers and dryers for you to use by the pools, they are free. Enjoy your first trip home.

The laundry room at Kidani Village is not at the pool. It's somewhere in the building. Only OKW and SSR have the laundry room at the pools.

It is located about 50 feet to the right of the Lobby, next to the arcade and across from Community Hall. Very nice with a wall mounted TV. I spent a lot of time in there this trip....kept spilling things on my shirts.....or as DH says....on my catcher's mitt.

Then you are a very good candidate for a one bedroom villa.

I know but as tempting as a one bedroom is....it is double that of the studio and we are hoping to bring parents along for most of our trips.....there are add ons which may very well be in the future...and maybe I could be a little more careful when I eat, too.
