1st day of annual pass question

Hi, we are arriving about 7ish in the morning on Saturday 7th Nov and we are looking at buying annual passes (dream).

What time can I buy my annual pass from? Will the ticket booth be open for me to buy the passes at 8am and then get inside for EMH and get the passes converted from paper to the photo card.

you can't enter before 9.30 AM unless you're staying in a Disney Hotel and have your hotel easy pass to show at the gate, or an actual final AP with photo. Bureau passeport anuel doesn't open until 10 AM. the boots at the entrance are open from 8.30 AM so you can buy your pass aready but won't be able to enter the park before 9.30 AM or exchange it to the "real" photo card at BPA before 10 AM
