Hello, we just booked our first cruise a few weeks ago for the 10/2/04, Antiga route. Anyway, I've been lurking here awhile and have gotten loads of great info. It's me, DH, DD (6) and DD (3). Here's the question..... I know we can bring our own drinks on board, juice, soy milk (DD 3 has allergy), and some beer is what we want to bring on. I know we can't check this and that we need to bring it on. I think it's too much, but DH has a hand dollie thing that folds up compact enough to store in our luggage. He thinks we should wheel our beverages on board. I'm afraid that it will look tacky. Is this okay or is my DH going overboad? Thanks, I'm sure I'll have a million more questions in the year ahead.

on my cruise i saw 1 family bring on with them 2 large carryons and they had a ton of things with them. and 2 young kids. so i know they had diapers and food and other things you need for kids. if all else fails call DCL and ask them. thanks

I believe that soy milk is available on board on request. Check with DCL direct both now and then again closer to your trip. It would be one less item you would have to carry on. There are some juices available as well.

The beer, while it is also available, you do pay for it. The milk (and maybe the juice) would be included at most any time from room service or at the beverage stations.

I know this has come up on other threads, you may want to do a search.

Feel free to keep the questions coming - that's how we all learn.
