Hi! I'm new here - a couple burning questions that I've yet to find suggestions for after my initial visit to this site for 2 and a half hours!!!
My husband and I are going to DW for our 1st anniversary. We are trying to think of what to do with my 7 year old son (from prev. relationship- in case your doing the math!) while we would like to go out. I read on Disney's site that they have childrens programs. Has anyone used this - what did you and the kids think? Also - where would be a nice romantic restaurant for us to eat & a fun place to go afterwards to go dancing? We like "dance/ techno/ reggae" pretty much all music. Anybody who has good ideas / experiences - please respond! Thank you.

Congradulations on the one year anniversary first of all! *yeah!* My hubby and i Went to DW around our first anniversary as well..not for, but near the first year..and we had really enjoyed a nice romantic dinner at Victoria & Alberts (PS), also, if you are looking to spend a little less...and maybe do a dinner show...we also did The Dinner Show at the Poly..which was so great, for couples. But, if you are looking for a really romantic, dressy, setting do Vic.and Alb.! We just went to DTD afterwards, did a little shopping, and then club hopped in Pleasure Island. (B.C. though,*before children*)lol, so we didn't have to worry about that..but I have heard alot around the boards that boys really like the Pirate Cruises...i don't know how late they run..I am assuming not late into Pleasure Island hours...I mean, a 7 yo do you trust him to sleep in the room at night while you are out? I have heard of some people on the boards doing that too.
