That's the thing, they don't always give you the invoice. You have to either figure it out, or go to a dealership that offers a "no hassle/certain amount over invoice" type pricing. Search around in your area. Sometimes dealerships work with your place of employment and such, too.

It is specific to the made and model and trim line, but yes, you have to add on the options, but it has wholesale, dealer invoice and sticker price listed for each option.
 
Whatever you decide to offer, just be prepared to walk away if they can't do what you want. Oftentimes, they will call you back in a day or two and be willing to negotiate more.

When we bought our used Honda Odyssey a couple years ago, they worked up a deal that was their "best offer" and I told them we would buy it that day if they would take $2000 more off. The manager took the offer.
