1day at MK - keep or exchange?

we are doing a quick trip in January with the Magic Ticket, so one day at each park. I am 30 days out from our day at MK, and got early FPs for BTMR and SpaceMtn. Got 7DMT, but at 6:20 pm. Think I should proceed with these, or give up 7DMT in favor of earlier FP so I could get more FP on that day? We've done 7DMT on our last trip and enjoyed it, but it's not an absolute favorite.

Pirates & haunted mansion are must-dos for us. Standby lines on January 5th?

If you don't care about 7D, change it to an earlier must-do ride. Or, one by one, see if you can change the 7D FPs to earlier overlapping times.

If you are planning on entering at park opening, just head to 7D at that time if your family decides they need to ride it.
