1BR villas in BLT and AKV - 2 bathrooms?

Do all the 1br villas in BLT and AKV have 2 bathrooms? And do the 2br villas have 3 baths?!! Do any of the other resorts have 1br villas with 2 bathrooms?

1 bedroom villas at AKV Jambo House only have one bathroom. AKV Kidani Village will have two.

The 1 BR at BLT have 2 baths in the floorplan - but in the contract info (like public offering statement) it lists them as having only 1 in the 1 br and 2 in the 2 br. Don't know why that is.

Hmmmm We usually book a 2br but I may stay a few nights in WDW with just my 3 daughters next year (and hoping to book BLT or Kidani Village) so we could do a 1br or a studio but I was thinking I'd go for the 1br if it had 2 baths. Guess I'll wait and see...

We saw that, too, and called in. We were told that the wording was just copied from the general DVC offering statement that covers the other resorts and was mistakenly not changed for BLT. They swore up and down that the models and floorplans are accurate and that there will be 2 bathrooms in the one-bedroom.

I figured it was something standard from previous villa configurations and decided to trust the floorplans - glad you got the it confirmed over the phone!
