My husband is a contractor and loves to bring me little "goodies" that he finds in abandoned houses . Well, yesterday, he was working on a rental property we owned and came rolling in with a 1963 coke can. He would have just thrown it in the trash, but he had to show me how they opened cans back then. Not the convenient pop top from todays world, but with a can opener that punctures the top. It looks like the top of an oil can. Boy, the little things that entertain my family and :cheer2: to the person that invented the pop top method. :teeth:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: He actually found it inside the wall he was replacing. I guess the worker was too tired to throw it in the trash, so he shoved it in the wall. Makes me wonder what kind of goodies we have in our own walls since my house was built in 1967. :scared:

We have a mountain dew can in our foundation. They dropped it in the cinderblock hole. The wall was built in the middle of the hole part so you can see it with a flashlight but can't pull it out without crushing it so it is just there.
