Any reason you're only considering those two places? There a lots of other choices. I really enjoyed dinner at 1900 Park Fare a few years back. I even recall feeling it was a good value. We went because we had a

with us, so if you aren't dying to see Cindy and friends, by all means try something else. By the way, we are vegetarians who eat fish (no pork, beef or fowl). I haven't read a lot of glowing reports for Tony's.
At GF you could also consider the Grand Floridian Cafe, Citricos or my favorite, Narcoossee's. If you are on the dining plan Citricos and Narcoossee's require 2TS credits, if cash let's just say $$$.
The Plaza is another to consider in the Magic Kingdom. Lighter menu, but convenient and gets good reviews.
If you jump on the Monorail you can enjoy the places at the Poly or Contemporary.
The Wildrness Lodge is just across the Seven Seas Lagoon by boat.
