1900 park fare Pooh and Tigger?

Dd wants to dine with Pooh. I got a CP lunch but would prefer breakfast. I want to see Tigger. What are the chances Pooh and Tigger will both be at 1900 park fare early March? Thanks!

Tigger and Pooh along with Mary Poppins, Alice, and The Mad Hatter are all the regulars at breakfast so they will all be there unless ill.
But again its at breakfast.

Absolutely do the 1900 Park Fare breakfast. You get to see Tigger and Pooh and the food is so, so good. Made to order omelettes, red velvet pancakes, and strawberry soup? Yes pleeeeease.
