Well, I gave 'Ohana two trys and both were strike outs. The starters and dessert were great, as was the view of Wishes... however, the meats were nasty! Overcooked, dry, and pretty much inedible. The first trip the meats were quite as bad, but the service was awful. The 2nd trip the service was slightly better, but the meats were bad... Many others report having great experiences each trip, and although I enjoy being in that location, I don't enjoy the food.
As for 1900PF, we attempted to have dinner there one night. The service to get us in was horrible. At check-in there was 1 family ahead of us and no one waiting in the lobby. So you'd think we'd pretty much just walk right in (it was only the 2 of us). Well, I overheard the gentleman in front of me checking in and his ADR wasn't for another 40 minutes. Mine was 5 minutes away. So they take their time and he orders a cake for his daughters birthday... again, no biggie. Then I check in and she said it would be just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile, the other family is having pictures taken with the Fairy Godmother and then escorted to their table for dinner. Several more families arrive and check-in, then get seated... about 30 minutes pass and we haven't been seated. So I go out to the lobby and call Citricos and they tell me I can be seated in just a few minutes. I walk back to 1900PF and hand them the pager and tell them that I had waited long enough and that it was insane that all of these people were getting seated before us and had laters ADRs. The manager was there and said they had a table ready for us, and I told her that we would never be coming back there again.
Anyway, the food might be okay, but I didn't have the chance to experience it. However, I haven't had much luck with WDW buffets (Boma being the exception).
So, if I had to chose between the 2, I'd probably go hungry...

That or go to Kona Cafe, or GFC, or Concourse Steakhouse....
