not really, it's a buffet, people go there in their park clothes, some little girls in princess dresses etc. I'd say anything but bathing suits goes, within reason of course
Yes there is. You do have to wear clothes. Much as certain pretentious restuarants at WDW say, with the actual exception of V&A, Park Casual is acceptable at all restaurants.
My family went to the character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare last November and we along with the others were dressed in the same clothes we wore to the parks. GF is beautiful and you will love the meal there!
