Okay, trying to eat as many new places as possible, we have never eaten here. Was thinking of trying it our first night, is cindy and the gang still there? Is the food good?
Thanks

Yes, Cindy and the gang are still there. At least they were when we went in Oct. The character interaction was the best part of the meal. I really thought the food was kind of so-so. Friends of ours went last Aug and loved it. :confused3 They said it was the best place they ate. So that being said give it a try and see for yourself.

We were here for dinner for the first time in Feb. I wouldn't go back again. The food was ok, though husband loved the fresh cut meat. My daughters food was cold by the time we got to our table and I got hes first and took her right to the table, os it was cold right from the buffet. The characters do make sure they visit each table so that part was good. But we definetely won't go back.

We love it and are eating there the night of our arrival. Even my picky husband eats the food here!

My husband, my 6 yr old son and myself ate there in January and it was great. We'd never done a character meal and were very impressed with the interaction of the characters. Cinderella, Prince Charming and the 2 mice were there. We all thought the food was good too. Generally I am not a buffet fan but I was very pleased and surprised!

I am returning in April with my 3 yr old daughter for the first night of our "Princess" Trip!

and loved it! Cinderella was there as well as Snow White, Suzy and Perla and Alice was in the lobby. All were great and spent a nice amount of time with the kids.

The food was fantastic! Nice salads, steamed mussels, two great pasta dishes(one rustic tomato type thing and the other was with shrimp and asparagus in an alfrdeo sauce YUMMY!). Two of my other favorites - Strawberry Soup (oh my goodness) and Bread pudding that was to die for! Seriously, allI caould find was Banana Bread Pudding (blah), but here - they had the good old regular Bread Puddin that was probably the best I've ever had.

DH almost had to roll me out of there. We are definately going back on the next trip!

The food is very good there. A little pricier than other character dinners. However the food is "fancier."

We really enjoyed this meal. Our group was me, DD7 and DS11. DD7 survived on chicken strips at WDW, while DS11 had salmon at every TS meal. I enjoyed everything I tried there and the strawberry soup....mmmm mmmm. We also loved dining in such a fancy place and where else in the "World" do you see Prince Charming? My DD7 called him dreamy and made him blush in her pics w/him...priceless. Cindy was regal and the mice were very playful.

We have eaten there before and always had a great time. We have chosen to have dinner there following our wedding vow renewal on May 1. Since it is "Cinderella's Gala Feast" and she is in her fancy wedding dress, my kids believe it is the dinner following her wedding to Prince Charming, so it seemed appropriate. Also, in our party of 13, seven of them are kids so it works out well for us.

Cinderella is in her wedding dress? My DGD will love that! What a nice celebration meal idea! :goodvibes

When we ate there in January Cinderella had her blue dress on (ball gown). The same one she wore at the Judge's tent in Toontown. She wasn't wearing the white fancy dress that she wore in Cinderellabration. IS her ball gown the same as her wedding dress? I thought the Cinderellabration dress was her wedding fanciest?

Maybe she sometimes wears a different dress? I know when we were there in December, 03 for my birthday, she had on her white dress. If she has on the blue one, it won't matter to us--it is still Cinderella and prince Charming!

We just had dinner there 2 weeks ago and she was dressed in her blue gown!! Not the wedding dress!! DD would have flipped too if she had the wedding dress on!! :Pinkbounc princess: :p :tink:

We always try to start our Disney trip with dinner at 1900 Park Fare. We've never had a bad meal - we've eaten there 4 times and we have a very diverse family group with many different tastes. They practically have to roll ALL of us out - there's something from everyone's favorites list! They have the most incredible salmon...and yes that strawberry soup!!! Plus the beautiful setting... Give it try! :thumbsup2

Of all the Character meals I find the food here to be the best. Yes the food here is a little more up-scale, gourmet or fancier what ever you want to call it.

My DH will tell you that it Crystal Palace that has the best food. The food is good there but more casserole type foods.

I have never had a bad meal or bad service at either, there may be a dish or 2 that I'm not crazy about but over all both are good buffets.

Food was good, interaction was wonderful. DD about melted when she met the Prince! :cloud9:

We always make it a point of having dinner at 1900 PF. Cindy is there - along with Prince Charming, Suzy & Perla. The Fairy Godmother met us out in the lobby! DD loves going here. They have a nice variety of food, and the interaction is great.

You will enjoy it!!!
