I know one is a buffet...but if you had to choose which one would you go to?? I would rather go to lunch at 1900 Park Fare but they only have dinner so now I can't make up my mind.

Help please!

I have been to both. 1900 Park Fare is one of our favorites!!!!! Grand Floridian Cafe...ehhhhh...Just ok... Just my 2 cents!!

for really tasty food & lovely decor...Grand Floridian Cafe. We really enjoyed both (love the dessert sampler platter...wonderful!)

For OK food - some good, some so-so, a little bad but FABULOUS characters, 1900 Park Fare. Cindy & her Prince are very nice & sweet...but the steps are outstanding. The sisters put on quite a show with their silly antics, and the stepmom is perfectly haughty & a snooty. LOVED it. (and we were party of 4 adults.) Strawberry soup is "to die for"...two things were bad -- the Italian pasta dish and the dinner rolls could not be sawed open, rocks are softer.

Agree with Tinker....1900 park fair is one of our family's MUST DOS every trip...the food is one of the best for a buffet and the Characters really make it an experience (Cinderella's sisters are a blast, just bring some ear plugs for their singing,j/k) I have done lunch at the cafe with my wife when our daughter did wonderland tea party. Service good, food good, but nothing special...If you need anything more to be convinced of 1900 park fair, I will say just two more words...."Strawberry Soup"...OMG..heaven in a bowl!!!

The menu for the Grand Floridian cafe is very appealing to me, but I've heard wonderful things about the characters at 1900... Tough call. Good luck choosing!

I've eaten at both, and given a choice I'd choose GFC for lunch again in a heartbeat. 1900 Park Faire was the only place that sat our large party of 10 at 2 tables, which would have been OK IF we'd been told beforehand that we'd be at 2 tables and maybe been given the option of waiting for one large table (we saw several parties of 10 eating at 1 table but we were told we weren't allowed to wait). I guess because of the snafu, I wouldn't return (too bad-the strawberry soup WAS delicious). The GFC chicken caesar salad at lunch is excellent, and the service has also always been excellent.

My vote would be for Park Fare. We loved our dinner there and are planning on doing it again.
