This was our first character meal on our very first trip back in 2006. Incidentally we had the mice and the fairy godmother. Anyway, it was my DD6 and DN 4. DD was all dressed up in her Cinderella costume, and had brought a small glass slipper that a family friend gave her. DD was soo excited to take her glass slipper to Cinderella. When the mice came around she showed the slipper to them, and they took it from her and posed for pictures with it. We have a wonderful picture of one of the mice holding the slipper in one hand with the other hand over her mouth like she was giggling. The mice frequently visited the table and sat with the girls and even danced with them. Cinderalla of course made quite a fuss over the slipper as well, but the mice were the most precious. DD talked for days afterwards about her slipper and the mice.
This meal has some of the most precious memories of that trip for me (oh, darn now I'm tearing up!). DN was so amazed by Cinderella. For days she kept saying, "she's really real." And when the Prince came around, I don't think my niece said two words to him.. just stared at him as if he was the dreamiest man who had ever walked the face of the earth (he was quite handsome). I have one the best pictures of her staring at him like that.
I was going to book CRT for that trip, but on the suggestion of the travel agent booked this instead. Probably the best Disney advice I've ever received.
. It was also my niece's birthday, so after Cinderella and Prince Charming did their dance, they came to our table and Prince Charming asked my niece to dance 
and Cinderella asked DS7, who said no
Who says NO to Cinderella?!
