1900 Park Fare Characters Question

I was just reading a thread where a poster mention that, aside from Cinderella, the other characters may not be there every night, due to their day off.

Can anyone confirm this? Are the stepsisters and Lady Tremaine not there on certain nights? We are wanting to go here on a Friday night (wk before Christmas) for our wedding welcome dinner and I specifically want to go to see the hilarious stepsisters and stepmother..... do they have the same night off every week?

I know the characters need a night off of course, I guess I just assumed there would be another stepsister taking their place.

Has anyone seen them on a Friday night?

Well yes and no there are nights when something might come up on short notice and there is no replacement for that character so they will bring someone else out like maybe one of the mice or the fairy godmother or whoever but no worries here is always someone there besides Cinderella

Don't the cast members usually give the line about "characters are....but are not garenteed" when you book you dining?
