DBF and I had breakfast at 1900 Park Fare and absolutely loved it. The food was excellent and the variety was great. We didn't do any other character meals because it was just the two of us, but we thought that the way the characters came to you at your table, rather than everyone clogging up the restaurant was really great (I don't know if this is standard practice for character meals). As for the Norway princess dinner, something tells me that your kids probably wouldn't mind meeting with characters for two meals in one day!
I have never had breakfast there but have had 3 very pleasant dinners. We are trying breakfast in October. I don't think the two meals in one day will be a problem since the characters vary between the two.
We love their breakfast. We first went in 2004 because my youngest loved Mary Poppins and there was no where else to see her. We've gone back every year because of the food. In our humble opinion, it's the best breakfast buffet.
