We have done 1900 PF for bkfst twice and he was there both times. He is actually our favorite character there. He tells jokes and sings songs...quite funny My DD loves Alice in Wonderland, but he is the best character there IMO.
We always do 1900 Park Fare breakfast because ds loves the Mad Hatter. We've seen Mad Hatter, Alice, Mary Poppins, Pooh, Tigger and Eeyoore there. At dinner its' Cinderella, Prince, Mice and the Fairy Godmother.
Mary was not there when we went in October, much to our dismay since the boys were dressed up as chimney sweeps.
The Mad Hatter was hilarious! DS4 wouldn't go near him because he was so loud which is funny since our son is extremely loud too. I told Mad Hatter why he was afraid and he quieted down when he would come to our table. We got some great pictures and the Mad Hatter was very animated in his photos.

Ooohhh..we love him too! I actually have on tape of him and Alice sitting at our table for like 15 minutes just chatting and making jokes, they're actually both a hoot!
The GF must be his home because he can also be found hosting the Wonderland Tea Party with Alice on M, W, and F from 1:30-2:30 p.m. ($28.17 per person). And I just found out that on Thursdays (I believe) at the GF at 11:00 a.m., he also helps host a ladybug release in the garden! Someone needs to verify this last one however and make sure it's year round. How cool is that?!
I was just wondering, did you like the breakfast food or were you there mainly for the character interaction? I really wanted to eat there for dinner but had to settle for breakfast.

I LOVE the breakfast there! Chilled strawberry soup is the best! Made-to-order omelettes are great too. We also enjoyed the fresh muffins (and you can't pass on the Mickey head waffles)
We saw the Mad Hatter there for breakfast in May and he was a kick!! My DD (then 3) was kinda freaked out at first by his big nose, but was delighted when he started poking fun at my DH's hat. Then Tigger came along and got into it too. It was great. Food was best character breakfast we've had yet. I agree that the cold strawberry soup is a must and the bread pudding is pretty tasty too.
We've also see Mary Poppins out front, but the other characters -- Winnie the Pooh, Alice, Mad Hatter, Tigger and a couple others that completely escape me right now -- walked around.
