1900 Park Breakfast question

Just wondering...I know Mary Poppins is at this breakfast, but has anyone ever had her Penguin waiter show up to??? The Penguins are my absolute favourites and I have searched for them each time I go yet I can never find them

I have seen a penguin at the Animation Building at DHS but never at 1900.

Since when? We were there in May and she was in the restaurant along with Alice, the Mad Hatter, Pooh and Tigger. The picture we took outside 1900 was just us in front of a painting or something.

That is incorrect - she hasn't been outside the restaurant in a couple of years. She is in the regular table rotation with the other characters. Tigger and Pooh are in the restaurant too, along with Alice and Mad Hatter, as you mentioned.

Mary Poppins has been inside the restaurant for quiet awhile now. Above poster is incorrect. We've been to 1900 PF for breakfast and dinner (different characters) more times than I can count. Mary Poppins outside the restaurant was cute, but it made for big line-ups, just like when Fairy Godmother was outside for 1900 PF dinner.

It has been a backdrop outside of restaurant for a couple of years now (more opportunity for Disney to sell you a photo package). I love penguins, but I have never seen them in 1900 PF. There are elusive as is, and are hard to see in the parks as well, but we have found them several times over the years @ MK and DHS.
