1900 Park Breakfast price?

What is the cost of the 1900 Park Breakfast? wdwinfo says 20.99 with tax and allears says 24.99 without tax. Was there an increase because in May I thought it was still 18.99 like CP.

Character b'fasts just went up.
Tusker House is now $20.99, so I would assume 1900PF is that much too.
The $24.99 comes into play for "holiday season" pricing.

So all the buffet prices went up? or is it just a few of the breakfast buffets?

I wish I had paid more attention when we were there in August but we were on free dining so I didn't really look closely at the prices.

I did notice that Garden Grill and Biergarten were both up to $30.99 (according to the menus I checked beforehand they were $28.99). So, it does appear that many meals were increased very recently.
