1900 Character Meal at GF Cafe: What will be served?

I bet this info is here somewhere, but I can't find it.

What will the food offerings be when the 1900 Park Fare character meal is moved over to the Grand Floridian? I saw it mentioned somewhere that it will be a pre-plated meal--I guess like at the Garden Grill or Liberty Inn.

Does anyone know what's on the menu?

I don't know either. I ended up canceling my ADR for somewhere that I knew what they would be serving. Not to mention my kids weren't interested in seeing the characters.
