1900 booking weirdness

Trying to book 1900 for dinner on February 12 (within my booking window). There is nothing at all - all day that day - not even breakfast. Which seemed unusual for what I’ve experienced before. And yet, there is plenty of availability days before and after. So, something seems off about this particular day. Anyone know what’s up? Or did I just stumble on some randomly popular 1900 day? Lol

Nope. The restaurant may not have released those dates yet. Who knows why this happens, but it does from time to time. I'd just keep checking.

I was having this same problem with O’hana breakfast for our early December trip. There was nothing at any time for any number the day we wanted to go. I finally called and the CM said not a single reservation had been booked, so I knew it must not have been released yet. I was able to grab another day just in case and then today they opened up the original day we wanted for booking. Our 180 day was over 2 months ago on 6/7. I would grab another date if you can and set a reservation finder in the meantime.

Yeah...Disney is notorious for failing to load ADRs for some restaurants at the 180 mark. I've had it happen to me more times than I'd care to count. The only solution seems to be just to keep checking back until they finally get around to it.
