We are 19 away from our return to WDW and the 1st time using the dining plan.

Q 1 - Is there anything at Le Cellier that is not "on the plan"?
Is this a common occurance at a lot of the restaurants?
Do you just pay a little extra????

Q 2 - Can you substitute an appetizer for 2 desserts OR a dessert for 2 appetizers? (At any location - not just Le Cellier)

Q 3 - Can you request something not on the menu? We have two teens on the Adult menu and one is very picky. I have studied the on-line menus for each restaurant and I see a problem for her at a few.

Q 4 - Really the same - will they/ can they make changes - different side, different sauce?

I figure that since they can our a cruise ship that is trying to feed an army at once, a WDW restaurant could??? Am I wrong???

Generally everything that is on the menu is on the plan. This is why a lot of people have the accurate opinion that DDP has dumbed down a lot of the restaurant menus.

Officially no. However, it may depend on the server or manager on duty at a restaurant. It does not hurt to ask.

Q 3 - Can you request something not on the menu? We have two teens on the Adult menu and one is very picky. I have studied the on-line menus for each restaurant and I see a problem for her at a few.
As long as the item is available generally there is not a problem. If it is a free standing restaurant (such as Le Cellier) you might be able to get something from the lunch menu at dinner (or vice versa) or something as long as the ingredients are available. If it is not free standing (such as 'Ohana) you might be able to get something from the shared kitchen (Kona).

Q 4 - Really the same - will they/ can they make changes - different side, different sauce?
Again, it depends if the items are available. Generally there is no problem.

It depends on the availability.
