18th Birthday Celebration

Our DD will turn 18 during our Winter Break (Feb 17 - 25) and I'm looking for something different to do for her. She's spent several B-days @ WDW so I'm thinking of an off-site dinner and activity away from the touristy hub-bub (if possible). There will only be 3 of us, we'll have a car and we don't mind driving out of town, any ideas?

We’ve just returned from 10 wonderful days at The Polynesian with son 9, daughters 16 and birthday girl who turned 18 whilst we were away.

We spent the day relaxing at Typhoon Lagoon and for the evening we arranged best seats at ‘Cirque du Soleil’ in Downtown Disney followed by a very nice meal at Wolfgang Pucks. We all had an absolutely fantastic night. If you’ve not been to experience La Nouba I’d highly recommend it and what better time than your daughters birthday!
