182 Pts To Rent- Need Some Guidance

I need some guidance with some points I'd like to rent out. Here's the scenario:

- 32 points which expire end of Sept '03
-150 points which expire end of Sept '04
- DVC home is BWV

Should I...

> bank the Sep 03 points and try to rent them all together (182 ttl) or keep them seperate?
> is it best to make a reservation and then let someone "rent" the reservation?
> or, is it better to just offer the pts (ie $10/pt) and let the renter determine the dates they want?

I have looked at the DVC FAQ and did not see info that specificially pertained to this, but I could be mistaken.
