Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just got a reply that they received my new-hire paperwork, now just have to relpy and tell them when I want to do my pc setup!!!!!! So excited!!!!!

Ok I just finished..... It took 34 minutes to be exact and we only went over how to log on and off of the system.

We got our log ins and telephone extensions and usernames and passwords.

Training is for 5 hours a day M-F, and YES it is paid. You can choose AM or PM AM was I think 7-12 and PM was 6-11pm Eastern (that is what I chose). I begin training on Monday. But I am like can I endure this everyday for 5 hours for 2 weeks?? We will see .

You do get benefits 20-30% off merchandise and you accrue days off. We get paid evey other Friday. Other than that that is about it.

Wish me luck in continuing with this whole thing. That trainings for 5 hours for 10 days is sort of putting me off a bit. If nothing else I can try

Also from the sound of it you dont really have to have a separate phone line, just a LAN line pretty much. I think that I am cancelling my phone installation.

I start training Mon 6-11pm too maybe we will be in the same class!!

I am nost sure that is the question of the day.

She said that when we do training to be prepared with our LAN line and headset.

Who knows, we willsee. I am probably going to have the line installed anyway jsut in case but what I may do is put off the installattion for 2 weeks.

No I didnt have it and I am assuming for training it is not "required" so to speak, but I guess it is.

I was getting excited as well, BUT I forgot that I am taking my School Librarian certification exam on next Saturday the 14th. So that means that I must start on the 16th so that I can study all next week for my exam. I emailed her and we will see what she says.

After 8 years of teaching my current position as a librarian is a GOD Send. Keep us posted on what happens if you are not too tired.

I got a phone call tonight that they received my paperwork but the notary didn't put her stamp, just her number. So my DH is getting it notarized by his aunt right now and I will mail it priority tomorrow.

Someone was asking about headsets under $30, I bought mine at Office Max for $24.99. They also had a model for $14.99, but to me, the $14.99 model did not look very comfortable.

Do you know, or anyone else..know if we get paid the 7+3 for the training so $10 an hour for training or just the base? I know she said that we all get base plus incentive for the first 90 days, but was wondering if it included training. Thanks!

Hi Nicole, just found out it does include training and the 1st 90 days. You will recieve $7/hour plus $4/hour incentive pay, so a total of $11/hour!!

Oh wow, that would be great if that is true, but that's not what I was told. I was told $7.00 an hour plus $3.00 hour incentive pay. I was told that after the first 90 days I could make an extra incentive of $3-$4 an hour. Did you maybe get that confused?

Someone that started training told me that. She very well could have gotten mixed up though. I know that everyone is getting told different things. If someone is wanting to know for sure and is concerned over the $1 difference, then I would simply suggest contacting HR.

Congrats!! Don't worry about the pw, it will show up. My interview was at 10am my time and my paperwork showed up later that evening, a little later than some other peoples.

My paperwork arrived yesterday at 12:17pm to their offices, but no email saying they got it yet, etc. How long did it take everyone to hear from them about training, etc?
