I got everything I wanted for our vacation at pretty much the exact time I wanted (ADRs for 5 people), I even just changed our Be Our Guest ADR
My Disney Experience worked pretty well. There were a few times I had to refresh, but nothing major.
I did have to call for CRT because I wanted to use Disney Visa Rewards to pay and couldn't find a place to pay with that.
I also had to call for Pirates and Pals...wish I had done that first because the Recreation lady told me she could make ADRs...oh well.
I was done by 7:30 am even with two phone calls
The phone CMs were very nice and knowledgeable, the Dining line lady asked me about looking for Be Our Guest even.

Glad everything went smoothly and you were able to get everything you wanted :goodvibes.

We are 180 days out and made ADRs this morning as well and got everything we wanted, including BOG for dinner. We are DVC members so we called member services and they made them all for us. We have to call back the next 3 days as we are staying 13 nights but those are lower priority reservations. Have a great trip. :goodvibes

I also booked this morning and had no issues getting what I wanted. Did BOG first for day 7 of our trip and then did Cali Grille.

Next hurdle Fastpass+

I was going to start I thread but I saw yours and decided to just chime in here:

Our 180 day mark was Sunday (12/21). Our resort stay is June 19-27th. I logged in to MDE at 0615 using Safari on my Mac. My MDE account was already set up with all of our names/ages as well as my CC info. I had previously linked my resort reservation as well.

I was able to get everything I wanted very quickly and easily within 10-15 minutes of the exact time I wanted. I started with our last night(26th) and worked my way back. I was able to get Hoop Dee Doo on June 23rd. I went with Tier 1 seating for the 8 PM time slot but it looked like there were plenty available for all time slots. The final ADR I booked was for Tusker breakfast on our first morning (20th). I wanted 0800 and I was able to get 0805 no problem.

The only thing I was not able to do yet was Mickey's Backyard BBQ. I believe Disney opens those up sometime between Jan and March so I will keep checking back. I knew that going in so was not surprised that it was not available yet.

This is our first trip staying at Ft. Wilderness so we wanted to make sure we did both "shows" there. The last time I booked Hoop Dee Doo was for July and I booked about 3-4 months out. The only thing I was able to get was Tier 3. I am excited to try Tier 1 but my very shy DW is not :rotfl:

For this trip we have a cabin so I did not book as many ADR's (5) as I have in the past (8-10) and I did not try to book Ohana, CRT or BOG which have been harder to get in the past.

Overall I was very impressed with how the system worked and I was back in bed by 0630 and had confirmation emails in my inbox. Great experience!

Those are our dates as well! I toyed around with the idea of Ft. Wilderness, but I think AoA will work better for our ages this year. If we stay at the Fort in the future, we will want to do both shows as well :)

I beleive Mickey's BBQ is only on Thursdays and Saturdays. I recently booked it for Thursday, June 11.

I'm glad you were able to book everything you wanted. I hope I have the same luck as you when my 180 day window opens on Monday.

I must have waited too long on day 180 to do my ADRs because I was able to get everything *except* BOG! I'll be watching the cancellation thread for sure!

I arrive on the 25th and am doing Mickey's BBQ on that night at 6:30. The CM told me it is only done on Thursday and Saturday and our Saturday we are spending with friends so I am leaving that day open for us. Try one of those dates and see if you can get one of them. I think they only have a 6:30 show time.
