180 days - time opens up?

So on the app, what time does the 180 days open up? What time if you call?

I believe the app or online is 6am and to call would be 7am Eastern Standard Time

If you have two reservations, one running for three nights and the second running for 5 nights consecutively can you only make dining reservations for the first reservation at 180 days? I had to schedule two DVC hotels as I had to rebook from March Disney closing. Thanks so much!!!

Each adr window pertains to each room reservation. They do not allow all adrs at once during a split stay.
