Since my 180 days is coming up this Saturday. I figured out what meals we would like to book, and I plan on being the one to book them. Any tips? I'm guessing be on at midnight Friday night to schedule? Here's what I'm scheduling

Cinderella’s Royal Table for dinner
Chef Mickey’s-dinner
The Crystal Palace-dinner
Hoop Dee Doo Revue dinner
Coral Reef Restaurant dinner
Flying Fish dinner
Cape May Cafe dinner
Ohana dinner

I'm guessing I should try to book CRT first, then Ohana? Any others I should go for right away?

Dining reservations open at:
Online - 6:00 AM Eastern time
Phone - 7:00 AM Eastern time

They do not open at midnight.

It looks like you are going in October so be aware that there are Halloween Parties scheduled in the Magic Kingdom and on those nights the time frame for reservations for CRT and The Crystal Palace are currently shorter than on non-party nights (no reservations available for booking after 6:00).

The Hoop Dee Doo 6:00 seating goes pretty fast. If you are doing the later one or the earlier one, they sell out much much slower.
Honestly, none of these restaurants are tough to book at your 180 day mark. And the later they are on your trip, the easier they'll be.
If this were me, and this is only my personal opinion, my booking order would be:
1. CRT
2. Ohana
3. Hoop Dee Doo
4. Flying Fish
5. Crystal Palace
6. Chef Mickey's
7. Cape May
8. Coral Reef

Hope this helps!
