180+ Day Strategies

Never been able to book at 180+ (always booked our vacations within 180 day window).

With that said we've always been able to get whatever we wanted at times and days we wanted. Sure, sometimes it took patience, intelligence, and speed (quail man reference intended), but this time we actually have the ability to book 180+ out and potentially not have issues trying to coordinate swaps, etc.

Anyways.. I digress. If WDW park schedules are not released until 180 days out, what's the best way to find out which park restaurants to book on less expected busy days, etc.?

I always book Cinderella's Castle 1st followed by Be Our Guest. Strangely enough in 4 previous trips (only 1 with BOG) if we get those I have had no problem what so ever getting everything else. I have gotten Narcoosee's, Citrico's, OHana's and Le Cellier easily at the 180 mark and this includes 3 summer trips.

we look at the menus, work out which ones we want to eat at, and which meals we would prefer. Then, we work out if any of them are super popular, and try to book them first.

We then plot all our ADRs on a chart, which tells us which park we should be on what day, then we are set to book FPs when they come out

We have always got all the ones we wanted, although we have never wanted BOG.
