180 day mark for ADR falls on holiday?

My 180 mark for ADR's is Monday (Memorial Day). I assume the online system will still work starting at 6am EST, but what about the phone lines? Do they staff CM's for reservations on the holiday? I need to call as well to book a Fantasmic Dinner Package. Do the phone lines still open at 7AM EST on a holiday.

Yep, they have people there every day of the year (even Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc)
