180 Day ADR/Park Hours Back 10/27!

Where did you hear this??? If true; that's wonderful!!! :thumbsup2

I also heard this on anther board this morning, but they said it was just rumor. Also rumored was that a credit card would be required for all dining reservations. I kind of hope that one's not true.

You can find the info if you click the "dining" tab at the top of this page! I love planning my disney trips as far ahead as possible, so this is good news! :goodvibes

The credit card is probably to keep people from making ADR's in advance and then not showing up.

Well let's wait and see what happens.

I posted about this as soon as it reverted to the 90 day window and how it would affect DVC owners trying to make reservations at the 90 day mark with all the free dining promotions. I reserve 11 months out for Christmas and always plan ahead. I also like the idea of giving a CC so to stop people from making multiple reservations and tieng them up.

oh Thank Goodness and I don't mind giving a CC either. I have to when we reserve Norway. I think people will think twice about not showing up at popular dining spots if they have to do this.

Will Disney now post park operating hours 180 days out so that we don't have alter reservations at the 90 day mark?

Go to the top of this page, on the menu bar of this forum, click on the word "Dining" and all of the information is there!

It seems so that info is also posted on the main page!

I don't have issue with having to use a credit card - if it is true.

Maybe I am being selfish but I was hoping for a DVC perk that members would be able to book ADRs at 180 days. Even an extra 10 days (190) would be nice. It would give us a jump on the crowd and it wouldn't cost Disney anything. Wishful thinking I guess.

So if we have a reservation that the 180 day would be before Oct 27, does that mean on Oct. 27 we should be online or call?

:cool1::banana::cool1::yay::woohoo:

Yippee!! Free Dining is never announced and booked 6 months in advance - so those of us that will actually be paying to dine might actually be able to get reservations now!!!!

Don't count on this - I was able to book free dining on a bounce back promotion a couple of years ago - I was there in Dec and the free dining was in September.
